Your Next Opportunity:

At Russo Investments, you will play a pivotal role in our financial stewardship, leveraging your expertise to ensure the sound fiscal management of our diverse portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass financial analysis, strategic planning, and compliance, ultimately contributing to our continued growth and success.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic team, providing valuable insights that will drive informed decision-making, and your contributions will directly influence the thriving operations of our clients within the spaces we provide. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including MYOB tenant invoicing, supplier payments, payroll, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and other asset reconciliations
• Managing movement of funds between entities to facilitate cash flow and maximise return on surplus funds
• Month-end reporting, including detailed P&L reviews and property manager reports
• Preparing and updating forecast tenancy cash flow and budgeting

What We Need From You:

To be considered for this position, you’ll need to be a qualified Chartered Accountant with current registration and eligibility to practice in Australia. You’ll also need prior demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role, ideally in a small to medium-sized business. 

Your ability to work autonomously will be critical to your continued success at Russo Investments. We value self-driven individuals who can take ownership of financial strategies and make well-informed decisions. Moreover, your attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in financial analysis will be instrumental in maintaining the fiscal health of our diverse portfolio. 

Additional requirements include:

• Proficiency with MYOB and Xero
• Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interpersonal skills that enable you to engage with a variety of stakeholders
